"Toccata and Fugue in D minor", composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, rendered by Oscar Fischinger for the Disney film Fantasia (1940). Though you won't find his name on the credits, since he rejected the idea that humour and simplistic representation shoudl be used to illustrate music. How much of this was actually illustrated by Fischinger is difficult to know, though it cetainly bears his hallmarks.
