Tingle by Nupky
Tingle is a new digital music controller that attempts to recapture the acoustic touch and feel, and also gives new opportunities for expressive play. Tingle resembles a pin-art toy which has been made interactive through a new sensing technology, with added haptic feedback and motion control. It pushes back, vibrates, and warps the sound through the musicians nuanced input.
Tingle brings the acoustic touch and feel to the digital music controller, & CataRT converts a sound file into 512 grains of sound and maps them logically to each individual pin. Together they combine to give you the feeling like you are throwing fire, shooting lasers, firing rockets, or communicating with an alien machine!
